This is the 1st year the Victor Company made the Topper. This machine is known as the Victor 38 and that\'s what all collectors would call it. This machine has the hard to find and original \"Cylindrical Globe and the even more difficult to find Original decal in the great condition pictured \".Normally these globes are found with a reproduction decal or none at all, seldom are they found with an original decal like this.
The globe is free of cracks and chips.
Another interesting feature on this machine is that I went the extra expense and had it completely Powder Coated for a super durable finish that will last much longer than paint and it\'s tougher to damage.
The machine has new feet and an original VC Chicago Lock and Key.
New rubber feet have been installed to protect the display surface.
The machine works great and vends like it should.
This is truly a great piece of Americana.
