Late WW2 bayonet knife - in \"as found\" uncleaned condition. Late WW2  GERMAN bayonet with matching scabbard. The 10 inch blade is stamped: bym on one side - and 575 / C on the other. The scabbard also is stamped the same way. The blade shows lots of the original factory finish with a few spots of rust and rub marks from the scabbard spring. The pommel and the scabbard have a little fine surface rust - which should clean off nicely. Brown grooved bakelite handle scale - they are unbroken. The scabbard is dent free - it has lots of the original finish with a little fine surface rust - and an area of several rust spots (please look at the last picture). Very nice overall condition with clear marking! Please study the pictures - they are the most important part of the description!
