I have dressed this lovely character face child as a girl but she could be a boy too. As you know, the character face children are more difficult to find. I believe her face was touched up or even repainted at some time in her life. Her deeply carved eyes are original, as well as her lips. Shepossesses a look of childlikeinnocence. Her body shows how much her child owner loved her, as the paint is worn where she was once held and played with. Her wig is a human hair replacement because I see old nails in her head. Her back reads \"SCHOENHUT DOLL\". Below that looks like lettering I\'ve never seen before on a Shoenhut. It looks like an \"O\" or a \"U\", another letter \"REIC\",another letter \"OUN\". Interesting. I have dressed her in a 1930s vintage dress to show off her wear. I find the wear on the doll tells a lot about their history. This girl was well loved. I only ship to the United States.
