For sale is this Aristo Craft Trains Locomotive. This is Aristo Craft Trains catalog number ART 23603, an EMD E8 decorated for the Union Pacific Railroad. The real UPRR still has E8 locomotives working on passenger excursions and hospitality train but these were originally bought to move the name trains, such as the City of Los Angeles and others. We have 7 USA Trains City of Los Angeles Passenger Cars in another sale if you are interested along with another UP E8 but enough out of me. I will let the feature list do the talking for me. First, for long term reliability there are two power trucks equipped with two low amperage motors. These are all ball bearing equipped. The cars have modular connections for easy disassembly and component replacement along with 2 smoke units, reversing headlights with interior cab lighting and number boards. The class lights also operate along with the AAR knuckle couplers and exterior details include opening doors, solid metal railings and lift rings with windshield wipers, see through steps and cooling fans. What more could you want in a locomotive but for it to pull everything you put behind it and the AristoCraft E8s can do this because of the extra added weight. This is a true 1:29 Scale locomotive that is 31" big inches long and if you do decide to take it outdoors, the speakers are water resistant.
