Effective November 1st 2020 we will be combining our Cap Keeper products into one listing. Back when we first listed Cap Keepers, did not have the option to list multiple variations in one listing. Due to the growing demand for Cap Keepers and the difficulty of refunding shipping to customers that purchase multiple items individually, we have decided to put all the items in one place. Ever had a cap fall off while shooting a black powder revolver or rifle? Maybe a fired cap wedged into the action? If so, a percussion cap keeper willreduce the chance of everhappening again. Not recommended for in-line rifles. When used on Colt type revolvers, cap keepers fill the recessed area around the nipple preventing the cap from falling off. On traditional percussion rifles, cap keepers grip the nipple below the cap creating a water tight seal and preventing the cap from falling off.

Made from high temperature silicone, reusable if you’re cheap, we prefer you buy more. Pictured caps not included, pistol is not for sale.

Due to the design of colt revolver blast shields, it may be difficult to remove fired caps. Users of Colt type revolvers may want to cut or split fired Cap Keepers rather than disassemble the pistol.
