VINTAGE 1970s LUDWIG 16x16 FLOOR TOM W/BLONDE WRAP NICE NO BOTTOM HEAD NO RESER:
$256.00

offered is a late 1970s Ludwig 16\" x 16\" floor tom with a blonde fake wood grain wrap in very good condition. serial #1544xxx. the bearing edges look very good. the flaws are...there is the residue of where there had been surface rust on the inside of the bottom metal hoop and there is NO bottom head. im including the funky case (also without a bottom) that the drum was in when i found it, as added protection for the drum in shipping. the drum in case will, of course, then be put into a box, as well. See all enlarged photos. Good Luck!

ADDED INFORMATION... (also, see last photo) i decided to do an internet search on the name Jack Mrozowski that is on the drum cases and learned that he once was the drummer for the band T-Dice that played in Pittsburgh Pa back in the 70s and 80s. this info that follows is from the web page \"Pittsburgh Music History\"...T-Dice also known as Tumbling Dice, Scarab and Airborne was a popular classic rock band that played Pittsburgh area clubs in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The talented roster was comprised of former Wild Cherryguitarist Bryan Bassett, singer Gary Hohman, bassist/singer Jeff Jimmerson, drummer Jack Mrozowski, and guitarist George Marcinko
DrummerJack Mrozowskimoved to Los Angeles in 1984 where he gigged andrecorded for seven years. He returned to Pittsburgh in 1991 and has since worked with Tony Janflone Jr., Billy Price, Airborne, B. E. Taylor, Glenn Plavone, Shari Richards and others. He led his own band \"Mo Black\'s Magic\" for 5 years. He appeared on Jill West\'s 1997 album \"Code Blue\".
