My usual speed for internet is around 117mps. When I connect the router, it slows to around 60mps. Cable company suggested contacting trendnet to ask if there are any resets that may help. I called them and after about 20 minutes with a rep, we were disconnected. Although I was asked my contact number. I did not get a call from them to try and remedy the problem. The router now sits, not connected. I don't want to cut my speed in half.
