They worked with me where I was able to make outgoing calls with Magic Jack. 5 days and my home number was moved and I was fully working on my Magic Jack.

Beware of this product if you are using the latest operating system for your Mac computer, Catalina, because it is not compatible. When asked MJ offers no response for when to expect their product to be upgraded to be compatible with the Catalina OS. Very sad to hear as most products seem to be prepared when new operating systems are introduced.

I bought this unit as a backup in case something goes wrong with my Magic Jack Go that I'm using now down there.
