I had an old laptop that I was running Ubuntu on and then my mother in law broke hers. I had no problem setting her up with mine, but she uses Windows. Windows 10 is like $100 and this laptop still had the old product key sticker for Home 7 Premium 64-bit. I installed this with the old key and it worked perfect!!! Just a quick download from Dell to get the old drivers and she was good to go. I even have the new key still and another old computer I can set up. Worked out well.

I decided to upgrade my old 7 Home Premium machine to Professional since Home Premium limits RAM to 16gigs. So far, 7Pro works exactly the same so there's no UI learning curve, and even has the lack of limit I needed it for!
