I was sold a Used box of ear plugs. When I received the order, I noticed the box was taped with packaging tape on both ends, which indicates something is not right here. And sure enough, when I cut open the box there were only 5 pairs of ear plugs which there were supposed to be 6. I notified the seller and I was promptly refunded. However, it still upsets me that this person would sell a used item and list it as New. Don't buy such personal items from this seller, Not an Honest seller.

The ad CLEARLY stated, this was part of a pallet purchase/appeared to have original seal, Due to this and their nature, I DID NOT open them. I told you this, again, when first accused of selling used plugs. Had you asked, I would have told you the tape was added prior to shipping. I always tape openings closed. Even though you were accusatory, I immediately refunded you and did not ask for a return. I lost money on the deal. Not every mistake is someone trying to screw you over, esp. for $3.99

Seller substituted a cheap, flimsy substitution for the purchase I ordered. The substitution looks nothing like the picture on the box which is the one I ordered. Seller is attempting to debate with me and convince me that I do not know what I ordered but I do know what I ordered. I have asked for a full refund and seller is sidestepping my request. I do not recommend doing business with this seller because he misrepresents his product and refuses to correct his error.

I sold this item to you on August 20. It shows, per tracking, as delivered on August 25. On October 5, over a month later, you contacted me saying your info showed it as being delivered in late September, but you had not received it. I sent you screen shots of my tracking info. Five days later you contacted me claiming I substituted an item in its place. I did not. You then changed to it was only part of what I advertised. Again, this is false. I sent you exactly what is pictured. A Jakia Cpap
