Because I am not much of a techy, therefore somewhat ignorant when it comes to installing/using sophisticated products such as this, I did experience some difficulties with the instructions, and needed to ask for help from a more experienced friend. The directions were not easily understood, and I think very well could be, if only a little more time were spent writing these manuals.
