Overall a great mower. Unpacked it. Instructions weren't the best but you could figure it out and I assembled it in less than 30 min, could have been shorter but I didn't time myself. Blades cut great, but here are the 2 issues. 1. The grass catcher is too small. Doesn't hold enough, isn't big enough to catch all the grass being thrown back (you get a lot of grass on your pants), plus there's no locking mechanism to keep the catcher attached to the mower, i.e., it keeps falling off the rails and you have all the grass you caught on the ground. 2. The unintended consequence of having a mower so light is that any small bump/hole in the ground would thrown the wheels up so the grass cut is uneven. You have to push the mower at a good pace so the blades cut or the blades get stuck. It's this pace that makes the wheels jump up. I don't even use the catcher anymore. I just let the grass get on my clothes and rake the cut grass after the mowing, which I have to repeat because of the unevenness. I'll keep using it for the exercise and eco.Read full review

Wanted to avoid the headache of dealing with my old lawn mower that had repeated issues. Bought this mower instead. Its easy to assemble in 10 or 15 min and its sturdy. When I used it on my fairly level and average sized yard it took longer then necessary to cut and was hard to push even in areas with low or less dense grass. The blades turn easily but when it's put to grass it turns and jams or digs into the ground. It only cuts moving forward so I'd have to go over a spot two or three times for desired cut. I tried adjusting the height the same thing still occurs but more often when low, and when set higher it skims over the grass barely making a noticeable trail between the cut and uncut section. I think I just went the with the wrong brand. This mower is fine for small level yards or as a back up. I wouldn't use it regularly as I'm already forking over the money to either fix my old one or by another new.Read full review

I really don't want my 68 year old husband using this lawnmower. He is out of breath trying to push this unlubed lawnmower. Made in China items are not something I buy, but it clearly says so on box - made in china. Ho Hum. I am not satisfied; not worth the $137.00 I paid for this for my husband. What are the return policies.

This is my second reel mower. My first is a 4 blade, big name brand. This mower is performing much better than the big name reel mower that was $20 more. It pushes easier through thick spots, leaves less grass standing, and catches more clippings. Very happy with the purchase. We may get a second one of these and sell off the big name!

Great exercise. My yard is pretty big and I'm not regretting the purchase. If this thing would cut weeds it would be perfect. Makes it rather easy to spot em and dig em up though!
