IT HANGS up, I have the very best 5 G fiber optic internet available still this lap top freezes then goes on. I have McAfee 5 virus protection, web protection firewall you name it there is no reason this computer should hang up. I run complete scan nothing shows up as inferior. I'm not happy with it.
