This refurbished tablet replaces another identical tablet purchased 18 months ago. Unfortunately, that screen now freezes. Otherwise, I like the product. Since this model is a few years old, replacements are available at reasonable prices. I don't have any personal needs to warrant an newer model. This refurbished model works fine. It was shipped with the old screen protector still on it, which is a little scratched. I hope I can use this tablet for another year or two.
