I use this computer for work, which involves testing large electrical systems. I like the touchscreen capabilities. This is the third unit I purchased. It's a very good machine and stands up to the daily rigors of use and abuse

Loving my new computer! It has everything I wanted and the price was even more of a smile maker. Awesome FHD screen, backlit keyboard, solid, quality build, stylish design, fast, reliable. Amazing!! Yet, I haven't found any product to be 100% perfect. This model does have its flaws. The sound from the speakers could be a little better (but it's not too bad. I prefer the speakers on top of the unit. Would be a much better sound in my opinion). And the CD/DVD drive is, compared to the rest of the unit, very flimsy, very cheaply made. Opens fine but very very hard to close. (Why Asus would you skimp on this feature when the rest of the computer has amazing quality)? Still I give it a five star rating. In spite of its flaws I got quality goods here and for the VERY good price I paid for it I can't complain at all. The high ratings (on Amazon) helped me to choose this computer (thanks to all those who rated it). I've read the negative ones as well (especially the ones about the faulty screens). I would recommend this to anyone looking for speed especially if you add in a SSD, it becomes a beast. No hiccups. known flaw is screen to discolor if over heated. Other than that great buy for its price and specs
