USPS lost the original package so Drakware sent another one that arrived quickly. I've been using it for a couple of days, and it seems to work perfectly. There's a layout utility on their website (the adapter's bag has the URL) that will allow you to fine tune as needed. Very happy with it, and glad I can finally use my old Apple mechanical keyboard with my Windows PC. Thanks!

Device works great. The only minor issue I have is that there aren't any Linux keyboard layout editors yet. The Drakware website says editor for Linux is coming soon, but I don't know how long it's been since this was posted on their site.
