Lack of Documentation
There was no Manual or documentation, so I connected it anyway and burned up my hard drive as I connected it backwards accidently. I tested it on another hard drive and it worked ok once I reversed the ribbon cable. I will not buy anymore new items if they do not have good documentation included.
