Always buy it new . Refurbished - is code for damaged goods but we'll sell it to you anyway . The 32GB Sandisk is the best at storing info . and best at keeping it for a long time and keeping it safe . I have over 8 -32 GB drives for over 5 years and not one has failed me . All other Zipdrives are 2nd hand and garbage . There reliability is off the charts , 5 stars . If there is a problem that the zip may incounter , the zip will pop up a window asking you to check for errors , or go to Defragment zip disk in your " computer " side bar for a complete check and fix . I have only had this happen to a few sandisk and not 1 image or video lost afterwards . They can save both images , files , computer notepad or wordpad , video's all on the same disk .
