I have used Intuit's Turbo Tax for years and have found it very easy to use. This product arrived, sealed in the original box, and loaded up perfectly. I look forward to doing my taxes again next year using Turbo Tax.

There's a little hiccup trying to install it; typically doesn't go right into the installation after inserting the CD. However, I've been using Turbotax for eight years and essentially it's full-proof. The federal with a state download is the way to go. This is a great product. I have to imagine it put a dent in CPA firm individual returns years ago.
