Had a refurbished HP Envy desktop bought several years ago that finally gave up. Diagnosed a failed Motherboard and didn't want to trash or "e-cycle" parts. Decided to go ahead and replace MB as an exercise to restore system using remaining components. Found this and was able to use existing CPU and RAM along with all other components, except CPU cooler, and it offered USB3.0 connectivity as a plus. Arrived in perfect shape and booted on first attempt. Using Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon with zero hardware issues.

I bought this board so I can finally overclock my CPU. It can handle 32GB of ram, has sata 3, usb 3.0, for its price? AMAZING. Perfect for me. Looks brand new. Have another one that works great, but had a power supply go out and had the separate 4 pin connect melt? Was able to clean it up, and work but plug has one pin damaged. So, wanted to have a replacement. Nice to have a replacement on hand, just need to move CPU and Ram.

The only thing that would be better is if this had the new UEFI instead of BIOS and if it had an NVME M2 slot for the new style hard drives. I really was looking for a board that had that, but this works well with the AMD 8350, no issues so far Make sure to use a 64 bit OS, if you are using more than 3 GB of memory, or else is can not see or use that extra memory. That was my reason for upgrading
