Phones were in great shape when they arrived, registered with out issue full load testing expected in the next couple weeks e.g.(pc connected lan port) Speaker, handset, switch hook all working as expected as are soft keys. CERTAINLY A recommended buy for those using CME 9.1.Great packaging if anything over SECURED FOR SHIPPING. Follow-up: They have been in full production now for several months and all is working as expected. Very good purchase, would recommend buying again.

This is a tested IP phone that used to be top of the line for corporate networks. Now, these are available on the cheap. They work great once reconditioned, but beware that you may need to flash the firmware to move from Cisco Call Center Manager to generic SIP (asterisk). To do this, you'll need boot and application software files, hub/cross over cable, tftp server...and some patience.
