Package was lost in shipping. I would only suggest that you offer more choices for shipping and arrange the option for shipping. Ground shipments have a higher chance of getting lost or damaged. I would have paid the extra for Priority Mail which has a better chance of arriving. Also another option is Return Receipt service for USPS Ground Advantage, It costs $3.35 for a mailed receipt and $2.32 for an email receipt. This is in no way a problem with this seller. Just a suggestion.
