Amazing customer service! I ordered a used computer from this seller and realized later that the listing clearly stated that "Seller does not accept returns.". It was my fault, for not having noticed that earlier. Order status said it's not shipped but Ebay said it was too late to cancel. I contacted the seller, explained my mistake and requested a cancellation. 5 mins later, I got a refund notification. No questions. I'd be glad to buy from this seller next time after this experience!
