I was able to get the unit to turn on, and CRT did not get necked or degassed. It is just sad that this was a fairly expensive purchase and more so, irreplaceable. If you plan on having any CRT shipped, be prepared for the possibility of it arriving damaged by the courier. I cant fault the seller, just sad situation...░░▐►

    I am a fan of the Amiga

    The unit came in quick and needed only some cleaning to get it working again. Packaging was superb, no scratches, breaks, etc. Highly recommended. Rertobrighting removed the minimal yellowing that is expected after 30+ years.

    Commodore Amiga A500

    The Commodore Amiga A500 is a fantastic computer. Had games that easily competed with IBM DOS games but without any of that frustrating command lines or infuriating need to upgrade something. Compact with built in 3-1/2 floppy didnt take up near as much space either. I had a Commodore 64 in my late teens and early twenties. Always dreamed of owning an Amiga 500. Thankfully I do now.
