I’m glad prices of system memory have gone down over the last few months, finally decided to upgrade my system to 32gb from 16gb. This set is on the cheaper side of the 16gb kits but it still works just fine for me but to be fair I did have to down clock the memory from 3200 to 2800 as my 1700x doesn’t like the higher frequency for whatever reason. To be fair to the kit the first generation Ryzen processors apparently have poor memory control, or so I’ve read so I’m sure the kits fine. Anyway to make a long review short I recommend this for the average consumer looking for memory for a modern desktop EDIT: After upgrading to a 3700x the memory happily runs at the advertised 3200mhz! Turns out my old 1700x just didn't like fast memory. Over a year later the memory is working just as good as the first day I've had it.Read full review

Could not get it to run at 3200mhz, using either XMP profile or manual timings. Boot fails 5 out of 6 tries, 3066 is also unstable during load. 2933mhz runs rock solid. Overall i'm satisfied, i know i can increase the ram voltage but I want to see where my system temperature will end up first. If there's any room i'll bump up the voltage.

This RAM is great value for the price. Easily overclocked, if you want it overclocked, and it keeps all my programs and video games running smoothly. Would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade!

Most motherboards wont support pass 3000 right away. You have to set it up in the bios. As fast as you click.
