Have purchased many, many Macintosh LC series computers like this back when they went for like a dollar in the early 2000's. Now the prices are all over the place because they have become rare. These computers serve as nostalgia sets and to relive some childhood fun. Thats why I bought them. Some specs are: Motorola 68030 processor @16mhz, can accept a maximum of 10 MB of memory and has 1 expansion port. They can still be used but not up to par with today's technology. This is early 90s technology. However, with the right parts these machines can interact with your LAN network. I have about 5 vintage Macintosh computers in my house hooked up with ethernet cables, they all can talk with one another, trade files, play mp3's and share what's on each other's HDD's. Pretty neat to have to tinker with. Be aware though that these machines will all need to have the capacitors replaced. I did it myself to my machines. Read full review
