Although I have not received mine yet I can say that Macally makes wonderful products for Mac. I have had several over the years and they have always exceeded my expectations. I am sure that this will at least meet my expectations. What I liked particularly about this is that using it with a dual boot Mac/Windows or Mac/Linux system there is no hassle with re-pairing bluetooth when restarting to the other OS because it is wired. There are also markings for PC/Mac on the keys so no matter which OS is booted the labels exist for both. This will be on a dual boot machine dedicated to capturing video , some in MacOS and other captures in Linux. I did not want to have to explain to users the process of pairing and re-pairing nor which key does what on the unmarked, although the "windows" marking seems a little cryptic. If you're tired of loading batteries incessantly into your cordless/Bluetooth keyboard or mouse, this is a nice alternative. Works well. Easy-peesey to set up and use. Keys work well.

I wanted a low-profile keyboard, similar to my laptops, and Macally's keyboard looked like the right choice. I set it up easily, and everything worked coming out of the box, so I have no performance complaints. My complaint is only subjective; it is very light and rattles like the cheaper keyboards I wanted to avoid. Perhaps no one else would think so. I wish I could have tried it before ordering, but I will keep it, and I would recommend this product to a friend.

I prefer a wired keyboard/mouse, especially over the "magic" ones with come with new Macs these days. This is good, solid replacement keyboard. The feel of the keys could be better, but it is superb for the price.
