Unit arrived just as described. Slight use blemishes and no apparent damage. System is running on windows 7 and doing a great job. My only complaint with this laptop is the very poor battery placement. You have to disassemble the computer to replace the battery. It is not like all the other Dell's that have a plug and play battery.
