I am no expert and it's my first HP. It is lightweight enough, looks pretty in white. Keys are black. I expected backlit keys but it is not. I am disappointed on that. It responds pretty quick in my opinion but my old laptop was 5 years old so I'm no expert on top new speeds. It is my first touchscreen and it is sensitive for sure and I get frustrated if I even touch an area by mistake. Touchscreen is cool unless you graze a wrong place then you have to wait each time and retouch. The mouse pad is hard to use in my opinion as it has to be touched in exactly right place or it makes scrolling hard. My other one was not so fussy. I am learning Windows 10 and so far it is very awkward in my opinion. Pretty laptop that seems sufficient but it should have backlit keys as is a newer model. I'm surprised... But HP seems pretty nice so far, not so sure about Windows 10.Read full review

Had the laptop about two weeks now and the overall design and performance have exceeded my expectations. I just discovered a problem the first time I plugged in my headset. There must be a loose connection inside the computer because the slightest movement of the plug causes static in the headset. I haven't contacted HP yet to find out how they want to handle the repair but their response will certainly influence my overall satisfaction with the product.

I bought this laptop for my wife. She absolutely LOVES it!! Has a 15.6 super bright LED HD Touch Screen, 1TB hard drive, 4GB of RAM and a 2.6ghz Intel Processor. It is extremely fast and responsive. It's easy to setup and the HP certified refurbished quality is top notch. It is literally brand new! I could never tell the difference. I would recommend this laptop to anyone! I plan on buying another for my niece for Christmas :)

With all the Laptops I reviewed from your company this one seemed to be the only one without a DVD/DVR/DV- Drive on board. And it does not even have a slot to add one. I was somewhat mislead by the way you had it displayed it in the middle of all the the other Laptops that had DVD/DVR/DV Drives. I did had to purchase an external drive. The battery is also an issue not lasting the six hours you claimed as of yet. Other than that the computer seems to be as advertised. Jonathan
