Item arrived well package and extremely clean. That alone made this a positive experience with the seller. Most importantly, there was an issue with the board the made it unsuitable for my use. When I notified the seller that I was working with Gigabyte to fix the issue but may need to return the board, the response was 'no worries you are in safe hands'. Seller stood behind that and instructed me to open when the issue could not be resolved. Very positive experience with this seller.
