This is a very powerful laptop with every feature you could want for a budget price. Bought it for my dad to surf and stream at home. I also upgraded to a HP 240 ssd and it boots in 8 seconds now. I recommend the upgrade if you can DIY, super simple process with cloning the old drive. However the unit is very powerful with the HDD just takes a little longer to boot up, that all, typical with any HDD to SSD comparison. Highly recommend the HP and AMD brand for anyone, A12 powers through tasks like a champ.

Nice price and features- but works sometimes sometimes doesn't. Is often slow- makes a bunch of noise guess it is normal for computer. Takes forever to update. Doesn't let you restart computer without updating. Then updating takes forever. Workable but a headache much of the time. Sorry hp- Sorry windows do better.
