It works with my Sempron 2800+ processor; accepts 3GB of PC3200 RAM; does not have a SATA controller built in, but will accept a PCI SATA card without too much fuss. I'm also using a 256MB AGP DIamond video card with it. I'm using it to run a Mint 13(Maya 32-bit) system. I can surf the web and watch videos, basic stuff. The only drawback is I think the fan on the South/North bridge chip is worn out, and I doubt I can find a replacement for it anymore.
worked very well, needed to match an old one exactly and it did. no problems with installation or getting it to work.
