For the price, this laptop is better than I expected. The mac that I had sold in order to buy this Dell would fill up on storage so quickly it was ridiculous. I thought it was because I had too many photos and videos, so I bought this laptop with more storage, but after transferring my files, I found out that whatever files that run the Mac were taking up most of the storage, so instead of having double the storage now, I have more like four times the storage. The keyboard takes a little getting used to because the keys are harder to press like the older computers, but I have adjusted. And the speed of the computer is a lot better than I had expected. I am very happy with how fast I can download files and surf the internet. Overall, I am satisfied with my laptop.

I purchased the laptop and was unable to get an option to expedite the delivery. I wrote a note tot them and it was here in two days - a Christmas gift. The lap was beautiful and operated without a hitch. The battery I thought hiccuped but after I talked to my rep he gave me a little procedure and boom - no issue. I'm looking to get another here soon from these guys.
