What can I say first: RAM is RAM is RAM, for the most part. Its specifications need to fall within the parameters of the CPU and motherboard (or system board) expects or can use. It's up to you on if you make it as fast as your system supports. While not the fastest, this particular set was at the minimum for DDR4, 2133... It does fall within what the laptop I placed this memory in can use. (It could have used the faster DDR4-2400 has I fully realized it.) It works well (doubled my RAM) for my uses as this isn't a gaming laptop. I've had no issue with the RAM whatsoever. SK Hynix RAM usually does perform well. So, if you need RAM, the brand is solid. (SK Hynix even supplies RAM to some of the brand names you do know.)
