Veerrrry slooooow, but excellent print quality. Got VERY tired of inkjets going dry, clogging and breaking. Have had very good luck with my b/w laser so decided to try the C410W, NOT sorry. Did have to get a scanner (no multi-function here) but still happy with this. If you need fast printing or high production, this is NOT for you. If you only need one or two sheets occasionally, this one works fine.

Excellent color quality especially photo print. Has a huge problem printing on card stock or heavy photo paper. This is my second one of these printers (I bought my first one new) and both of them jam when set to to print cardstock. After a while it seems to loosen up and allows some to print but basicially I only use it to print on standard gauge paper. In summary this machine has some terrific features and some severe limitations.

Received the printer in less than a week after I ordered it. Packing and shipping was good. It took less than 15 minutes to install it on my HP Computer. I did not connect the wireless feature since I planned to use it exclusively with my desk top computer. After sitting for some time and going into the energy saver mode, when printing the first page it took less than one minute to print. For a laser printer with a heater, that is most reasonable. This is a very quiet printer and I have no complaints. Print quality is good and aftermarket toner cartridges are reasonably priced at around $70 for a set of four. I recommend this printer for it's quality, price, size and convenience.

Samsung's toner gives almost a glossy print surface and is excellent for graphics. Pictures pop off the page in vibrant color as opposed to some other color laser printers.
