I never understood the "hype" of the Mac but once I actually bought it and used the Mac OS for myself, I can say that I now understand the "hype". The battery life on this laptop is EXCELLENT. At first I was a like a fish out of water trying to maneuver through the applications on the laptop but once I navigated through the laptop for a while I began to get the hang of things. I love how lightweight it is and it fits into my backpack with ease.
