I contacted the seller and they offered a full refund. I purchased the same product again, this time with air bubble packaging and a box. The package did get lost in transit though.     AGP for Win7 at least

    for an low profile AGP it suited my needs upgrading an older Dell for donation to a local charity. there are at least drivers for Vista (which work in Windows 7) both 32 and 64 bit allowing Aero to be used, and limited gaming. it does allow new life for an aging PC, and not break the bank. just dont expect to play any games like more modern GPU's. it is DX 9, but 64-bit memory bus. if you know, then you know.

    Good card for Beginner/Intermediate gaming.

    This card works great with Dell Optiplex GX260 mini tower. It fits in the 4x/8x AGP slot perfectly. Graphics look 100x better than the on-board graphics. It will let you play many more games at higher frame rates than the integrated graphics. It's a cheap upgrade for, what will today be, an inexpensive system.You can find these cards for as little as $20. A no brainer.
