Package arrived and appeared new as described. Have been using this HBA for a little over a week now and it works great. Would recommend a small 40mm fan to point at it if not in an actual server chassis though. The heatsink gets very hot. You can 3d print a mount for this exact model. A+ seller. Please be aware of these two. points before your purchase: 1. Motherboard compatibility: It will cause boot loop in one of my desktop, the workaround to mask two PCIE pins to work around this. But on another desktop, there is no such issue. 2. Mal-function: several non-operational SAS controller errors(in kernel log). This can be heat dissipation issue: after re-applied new thermal paste, the issue has never happened again for almost 1 month. So pretty sure the dried thermal paste is the key

Fixing Unraid Issue of cheap sata cards, Just get SLI SAS Cards Flashed To IT Mode.
