It is a generic flag, not the same size as original one, and has no detents to hold it in place up or down. The plastic it is made from cannot take the Arizona sun and heat, and it is warping and drooping as a result. It just shoves into its mounting hole without any spring tension to hole it, just friction with the hole itself. Price is cheap, and it shows it.

This flag is not as depicted in the photo. An original Rubbermaid flag has a slot cut across the nib that snaps into the side of the mailbox. The nib on this flag is a solid half-ball, too stiff to snap into place.

It fits my rubbermaid mailbox unlike the ones that are suppose to be universal. I'm very happy I can still get them. I just wish they would make them more sturdier as I've had to buy many replacement flags. The mailbox is tough, just wish the flags were.

Came faster then it said it would. Price kind of high for a piece of plastic when similar items are 5 dollars or less.

Easy to replace the broken flag so we do not have to get a new mailbox.
