Extremely outdated operating system KitKat 4.0 that can NOT upgrade so unable to use Google applications including downloaded books, which was the primary reason that product was purchased for. Screen is not clear all the time and can be somewhat hard to view for extended periods of time..

Everything seems to work, but it was advertised as "New-Other" and that was misleading. The screen has a number of marks and scratches on it that indicate a lot of use, maybe pretty hard use. I'm not saying the screen is in horrible condition, it's not, but it's far from new looking.
