I bought this to test my brick of a server thanks to a DIRECT lighting strike that blew up 2 UPS's and numerous redundant sets of PSUs on various servers. Unsure if this was a new-old-stock, pulled from working, or refurb/recert!! It was super clean, and showed no wear & tear! Unsure if turbo fan was original cleaned or replaced, but it looks mint. Before inserting into server I plugged into wall and you could hear it "warm up" , and in 2-3 seconds the lil green light came on; PERFECT! Slapped it into server, plugged into UPS and vroom server booted up. Just as I wanted and expected. 10/10 will be getting one more to get my redundancy back! PACKAGING...strong box, bubble wrapped PSU, packing peanuts for the good fit, no damage.
