Kind of a bizarre transaction. Days after purchasing I got a note saying that it was going to be shipped but if I wanted to pay more I could have it expedited. I chose not to and just wait. A few weeks went by and I asked for tracking information. Got another offer to pay more to expedite the shipping. I declined. The package showed up the very next day, although it wasn't packed very well. Very odd. In the end I got the advertised item at a good price, so can't complain too much.

This is the perfect device if you are virtualizing your network monitor/NDS/NPS. Repeat the mirrored monitoring port from your backbone switch to a cluster of 2-4 hypervisors and never miss a beat when your network monitoring virtual machine roams between hosts. The small size and low power needs (USB-5v 500-1000mA) also help optimally install the unit.
