Really nice computer,,,love the look and feel . Fast ,screen crystal clear . Super glad I bought this one . Microsoft was loading updates one day and it took 3 days to load. No computer for that 3 days. It would turn on and off by it's self so I knew it was downloading software . I only received the log in screen and thats all . On the 3rd day it turned on again and I loged in and everything is great .

I bought this to replace my laptop that was about 5 years old and running quite slow. With only about half of the files saved from the old computer, this one already runs slower. Even after cleaning it up, no luck. Look elsewhere.

I needed a new laptop because my old one was just too old. I am still learning to work with Windows 10 and all that it can do. The only thing that I find irritating with laptops is that when you are writing you have to watch out that your hands do not get too close to the touchpad, it makes the cursor jump around.
