The order did not ship on time. The day it was supposed to arrive I checked the shipping status and it showed that the label was printed and that was it. Contacted the seller who provided a new shipping number and shipped another fan. This time the fan shipped and arrived within the revised estimated time. The part was described accurately in the description and is functioning as expected. They have a 99%+ rating so I'd still order from them again since they did respond and resolve the issue.

Item arrived quickly and just as described. Great communication as well prior to shipment. Parts appeared to be OEM to me at least, and were successfully used to replace the ones I originally had in my GX550LXS-XS99. The old fan's bearings were shot, causing loud grinding & scraping noises whenever I started up my laptop. It has been about 3 weeks since replacement & the new ones from this seller still work perfectly. Awesome seller, highly recommended!
