These cards are great. I was easily able to get full speed from a pair. Only issue was I had to put tape to cover a couple of pins because one of my motherboards wouldn't boot as is. This seems to be an issue with the motherboards chipset. intel h81 maybe others. My other computers didnt have a problem. Sounds like this is a known issue with some hp and dell server cards.
