Well, everything seen in the package certainly did arrive - including the USPS box in the picture. I was pondering if it should have had some bubble wrap just to help it from sounding like a lego box but ultimately everything damageable was in a protective tube so all was just fine. Quick to ship. The kit is packed in the UPSP Priority Mail flat rate box as shone. We pack our kit with crush paper which works better holding everything in place than bubble wrap, which you didn't mention in your feedback. As you can see in the photo, all IC's are in plastic anti static tubes, which will make a rattle noise when the box is shaken, that is what you heard. Our kits are as shown in the listing photo. The only item that may not look the same is the .1uf disk caps that may very in color depending
