Product is sort of as adviserted, they failed to mention that the device screen freezes every so often and you have to lock the screen and then unlock it back for the screen to start working again. The device freezes when doing certain tasks. Let me be clear, I do understand its not a 2020 tablet with new hardware and software, but these things especially about the screen should have been in the description with regrads to the product so the consumer would have been fully imformed, as this was for my mother as she is getting older and the big screen was something she was looking forward too, but with the defect its almost a nusianuce to use.

Quick and concise review. This machine is amazing and satisfies all of the necessary task that I need it to perform for my personal context. Screen is amazing and battery life gets me through the day. Remember, I am using this for school work. I am sure when using this for movies and streaming activities, battery life will vary.
