Very slow. I dont know why but it takes forever for the computer to complete a task. I have tried defrag, antivirus and system restore. It is still very very slow. I literally have to wait 10 minutes for the browser to open. Love the computer style but something is wrong with the OS I am guessing. I wish this had been disclosed. Very slow very unhappy with this portion of the purchase. Shipping was fast and well packed but very dissapointed with the product(OS doesnt work properly) certainly not as listed as FAST Very Very slow. Should not take 10-30 minutes to load a page when excellent signal on wifi....Very unhappy with product....
