As soon as I received these G.Skill ripjaws, I installed them on my motherboard, turned on my computer, and I get a black screen on my monitor. I contacted the G. Skill company and they told me to send these Ripjaws to them and they will test them. G. Skill received the Ripjaws, tested them, and turned out they were faulty. They sent me new Ripjaws in place of these at no charge. Buyer beware especially when it comes to purchasing ram on Ebay.

RAM came in, packaged well. I installed and everything worked perfect!!!! I'm not sure where it came from, but it was a few days later than expected arriving. It wasn't a big deal. The company did send tracking information. I think it got hung up at a postal hub. Great store to buy from!!!!!!!!!!
