This is a great machine, nice screen (though picks up glare), satisfying keyboard. Very sturdy (I don't mind the weight). The trackpad is mindblowingly bad, but improves if you download Precision drivers. Great speakers. I'm pretty happy with this, for what I'm using it for (work plus gaming, VR, art exhibitions). It would be a lot closer to perfect if I didn't have to rely almost entirely on an external mouse.

If you are like me and prefer to turn off "tap to click" on your touchpad because you find yourself accidentally clicking too often, you are going to be disappointed with the touchpad. There are no dedicated left/right buttons so you must press down HARD in the corners of the touchpad to activate the left or right click.. It requires a lot of force to click. Other than that (and the heavy weight), it's a beautiful and wonderful laptop.

Have 2 of these bad boys and can’t recommend enough! Does 4K gaming with incredible consistency. Is over-clockable and has an amazing matte (no glare or reflection) 4K screen. Really can’t see going back to 1440p (or less) after this. Only con(s) is it’s pretty heavy if you have to lug it around everywhere. And battery doesn’t last more than 2-3 hours at max brightness but that’s the case with most laptops that can get this bright anyway. Bottom line: if you can get this laptop for this price anywhere, BUY IT. You won’t be disappointed!
